Cancellation & Booking Policies

Cancellation Policy

Credit card details are required to secure booking. The guest will be charged for the full amount of booking if the booking is cancelled within the 24 hour period of arrival, or if the guest does not show up on day of booking without contacting the management prior. Bookings cancelled within a 48 hour period will incur a one night fee (of total booking(s) made). Bookings cancelled before the 48 hour window prior to arrival will have free cancellations. If guests are asked to leave the motel due to not following motel rules, there will be no refund of monies.

Number of guests Policy

Bookings of 3 or more rooms are classed as group bookings. Group bookings will incur a non-refundable deposit on booking of 30% of total booking.

When making a booking, each guest must be noted (including babies/infants). This is to comply with Health & Safety Policies.
